TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our terms are designed to protect our clients, our vehicles, and the integrity of our European concierge service — ensuring a smooth, transparent, premium hire experience.

1. GENERAL HIRE CONDITIONS

1.1 Minimum Hire Duration

The minimum hire period is 48 hours. Any hire exceeding a 48-hour period, or any part thereof, may be charged as an additional rental day.

1.2 Vehicle Condition and Inspection

You must inspect the vehicle and any accessories at the time of delivery. All existing damage must be clearly recorded on the delivery documentation or local rental agreement before use. Sufficient time must be allowed for inspection at both delivery and collection.

1.3 Authorised Drivers

Only drivers named on the applicable rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.

Allowing an unauthorised driver will:

  • Invalidate insurance cover
  • Result in forfeiture of the Security Deposit
  • Permit immediate termination of the hire without replacement

Vehicles may not be sub let, lent, or used by any third party.

1.4 Fuel Policy

Vehicles are typically supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition unless otherwise agreed.

1.5 Incorrect Fuel

You are fully liable for all costs arising from incorrect fuel use, including recovery, drainage, repairs, and loss of use.

1.6 Required Documentation

You must provide accurate, valid documentation when requested, including but not limited to:

  • Driving licence
  • Passport or official ID
  • Proof of address
  • Payment card in the lead driver’s name

Failure to provide acceptable documentation may result in cancellation without refund.

1.7 Partner Vehicles and Fulfilment

Luxury Super Drive LTD may arrange vehicle hire through trusted professional partners. Only information strictly necessary to facilitate the hire will be shared. Partner suppliers are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

1.8 Local Rental Agreements

Where a vehicle is provided by a partner, you agree to comply with the local rental agreement governing that vehicle. Matters relating to vehicle operation, condition, or performance are governed by that agreement.

1.9 Driver Conduct and Misuse

Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, reckless driving, abuse, or violation of rental terms may exceed the Security Deposit. You accept full liability in such cases.

1.10 GPS and Telematics

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS or telematics. Persistent misuse, excessive speeding, or ignored warnings may result in termination of hire and forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

1.11 Vehicle Impoundment or Off Road Time

If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to misuse, impoundment, or negligent damage, you remain liable for the daily rental rate for the affected period.

1.12 Right to Refuse Hire

We reserve the right to refuse any booking or enquiry without providing a reason.

2. SECURITY DEPOSIT

2.1 Security Deposit Requirement

A refundable security deposit is required and will be pre authorised on the lead driver’s payment card at vehicle handover, in accordance with the applicable rental agreement.

2.2 Purpose of Deposit

The Security Deposit covers potential costs including, but not limited to:

  • Damage
  • Insurance excess
  • Fines, penalties, or tolls
  • Cleaning or misuse charges

2.3 Deposit Handling

The Security Deposit is handled at vehicle handover in line with the applicable rental agreement. Release timing is subject to inspection and the terms of that agreement.

3. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

3.1 Payment Terms

All rentals require full payment at the time of booking confirmation.


A booking is not secured until cleared funds have been received by Luxury Super Drive Ltd.


By completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that the vehicle and rental dates are contractually reserved.

3.2 Cancellations

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled hire start date are non-refundable and chargeable in full.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled hire start date may be reviewed at our discretion. Any refund approved outside this window may be subject to administrative and third-party costs incurred at the time of cancellation.

3.3 Credits

Any credits, where applicable, are issued entirely at our discretion and are not automatic.

3.4 Supplier Non-Availability

If the requested vehicle or a suitable equivalent cannot be provided, any monies paid for the hire will be refunded unless a suitable alternative is accepted by the client.

Payment Authorisation

By signing the booking confirmation and completing payment, the client expressly authorises Luxury Super Drive Ltd to process the agreed rental amount and acknowledges that the service becomes contractually secured upon receipt of funds.

4. ACCIDENTS AND INCIDENTS

4.1 Reporting

All accidents, damage, or incidents must be reported immediately to the police (where applicable) and to us or the partner supplier within 24 hours.

4.2 Failure to Report

Failure to report may invalidate insurance cover and result in full liability.

5. MILEAGE

5.1 Included Mileage

Mileage allowances vary by vehicle and are confirmed at booking. Excess mileage is chargeable.

5.2 Pre Booked Mileage

Additional mileage may be purchased in advance. Unused mileage is non refundable.

6. FINES, PENALTIES AND ADMINISTRATION

You are responsible for all parking fines, tolls, speeding penalties, congestion charges, or traffic violations incurred during the hire. An administration fee may apply for processing such notices.

7. ROLE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Booking and Arrangement Role

Luxury Super Drive LTD facilitates and manages vehicle hire arrangements and customer communications. We are not liable where a hire cannot be completed due to:

  • Invalid documentation
  • Failure to provide payment or deposit
  • Age or eligibility restrictions
  • Incapacity due to alcohol, drugs, or medication

7.2 Partner Vehicle Liability

We are not responsible for mechanical issues, vehicle performance, or matters governed by the local rental agreement.

8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We do not sell customer data.

We may contact you by email or messaging services including WhatsApp for:

  • Booking related communication
  • Feedback requests
  • Service follow ups
  • Invitations or exclusive offers

You may opt out at any time.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

FINAL CONFIRMATION

By submitting an enquiry or proceeding with a booking, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
